Discovery Requests must contain the following information

Request may be returned unprocessed if failure to provide the necessary information:

Name of defendant

Department report or case number

Date of offense

Complaint / summons / citation number (photocopy if available)

Offense (statutory reference)

Name of officer or badge number

Trial date (if set)

Fee Schedule

The following fees shall be payable to the Borough of Flemington for the discovery provided, which are consistent with NJSA 47:1A(1), et. seq. OPRA.

$.05 a page for all letter-size pages photocopied;

$.07 a page for all legal-size pages photocopied;

Actual postage for any discovery (including video, if applicable) sent by mail;

$.25 for the envelope for and Discovery sent by mail;

Photographs will be photocopied – actual photo reproductions will be prepared only upon separate request and advance payment for the actual cost of reproduction;

$1.00 for each (BWC) DVD reproduction

For any item that cannot be photocopied or not otherwise provided for in this schedule, the actual cost incurred in making the copy shall be charged.
